| Our Vision |
AHDT aims to embark on realistic, targeted projects, designed to be achievable and valuable. we hope to do this in collaboration with our host country/community.
We will seek to serve as a medium that promotes, supports and encourages undergraduate and postgraduate medical training both within and outside Nigeria thereby boosting the manpower shortages in Nigerian healthcare systems.
We are passionate about knowledge sharing, hence we will encourage, promote, cooperate and collaborate with our colleagues in Nigeria and elsewhere, sharing brighter ideas that might lead to better healthcare in Nigeria.
We are committed to reinforced learning and the transferral of skills in both directions between healthcare professionals at home and abroad.
AHDT hopes to work with government and other healthcare charities in Nigeria and around the world in a courteous and collaborative manner that will achieve the much desired improved healthcare in Nigeria thereby reducing the current state of unnecessary and unacceptable death and suffering.
We will continually advocate for enduring long-term practical solutions to healthcare problems in Nigeria.
